Ingredients:
- 200 gr white glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 250 gr sugar
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 1/2 coconut, grated
- 200 gr thick coconut milk
- 1 egg

Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the white glutinous rice flour, vanilla powder, sugar, and fine salt.
- Add the grated coconut and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the thick coconut milk and egg.
- Gradually pour the coconut milk mixture into the dry ingredients while stirring until well combined.
- Heat the Double Pan or a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Take a small portion of the dough and shape it into a round and flattened disc.
- Place the disc on the heated pan and cook until it turns golden brown and cooked through.
- Flip the Wingko Babat and cook the other side until it is browned and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and let it cool.
- Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
- Serve the Wingko Babat as a delicious snack or dessert.
