Ingredients
To make Strawberry Slurpee, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 litre of condensed milk, frozen
- 200 grams of strawberries
- 80 grams of sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons of boiled water
Instructions
Here are the steps to prepare Strawberry Slurpee:
- Freeze liquid milk into ice cubes by pouring it into an ice cube tray and placing it in the freezer until frozen.
- Use the Smart Blender to crush the strawberries until smooth.
- Add sugar to the crushed strawberries and stir briefly to combine.
- Transfer the strawberry mixture to the New Smart Cooker Low Carbo and cook until the sugar dissolves and the mixture comes to a boil.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve cornstarch with water to make a slurry.
- Add the cornstarch slurry to the boiling strawberry mixture, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Remove the strawberry mixture from the heat and let it chill in the refrigerator.
- Crush the milk ice cubes using the blender until it becomes shaved ice. Transfer the shaved ice to a small bowl.
- Pour the chilled strawberry mixture over the shaved ice according to your taste.
- Stir the mixture well to combine the flavours.
- Serve the Strawberry Slurpee immediately and enjoy its refreshing and fruity taste.
Note: You can adjust the sweetness of the Slurpee by adding more or less sugar according to your preference.
