Ingredients

To make Strawberry Slurpee, you will need the following ingredients:
  • 1 litre of condensed milk, frozen
  • 200 grams of strawberries
  • 80 grams of sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons of boiled water

Instructions

Here are the steps to prepare Strawberry Slurpee:

  • Freeze liquid milk into ice cubes by pouring it into an ice cube tray and placing it in the freezer until frozen.
  • Use the Smart Blender to crush the strawberries until smooth.
  • Add sugar to the crushed strawberries and stir briefly to combine.
  • Transfer the strawberry mixture to the New Smart Cooker Low Carbo and cook until the sugar dissolves and the mixture comes to a boil.
  • In a separate bowl, dissolve cornstarch with water to make a slurry.
  • Add the cornstarch slurry to the boiling strawberry mixture, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  • Remove the strawberry mixture from the heat and let it chill in the refrigerator.
  • Crush the milk ice cubes using the blender until it becomes shaved ice. Transfer the shaved ice to a small bowl.
  • Pour the chilled strawberry mixture over the shaved ice according to your taste.
  • Stir the mixture well to combine the flavours.
  • Serve the Strawberry Slurpee immediately and enjoy its refreshing and fruity taste.
Note: You can adjust the sweetness of the Slurpee by adding more or less sugar according to your preference.
