Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Cooking oil
  • 250 grams long bean sprouts
  • 1 piece of tofu, cut into blocks
  • 1 spring onion, cut lengthwise
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

Instructions

Instructions:
  • Heat some cooking oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the tofu blocks to the pan and fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides. Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed and stir-fry the long bean sprouts until they are slightly wilted and cooked but still crunchy.
  • Return the fried tofu to the pan with the bean sprouts and mix them together.
  • Drizzle the soy sauce over the mixture and stir well to coat all the ingredients.
  • Add the spring onion and give it a quick stir.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
  • Serve the fried tofu with bean sprouts as a delicious side dish or as a main course with steamed rice.
