Let Vienta assist you in making sweet Milk Crepes.

Ingredients

4 Layers Crepes:
  • 70gr Flour
  • 2 tsp Coffee Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 220ml Fresh Milk
  • 50ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 20gr Melted Margarine

Cream:

  • 200gr Whipped Cream
  • 5-6 Ice Cubes

Instructions

Instruction:
  • Put all the crepes ingredients into the Stand Mixer bowl, and use a beater mixer at speed 4 for 5 minutes
  • Stir the mixture until it is evenly mixed and has a brown color.
  • Heat the Vienta Double Pan with low heat and spread 3-6 butter.
  • Then pour the crepe batter evenly and slowly, and make 4 layers.
  • Mix 200gr Whipped Cream and 5-6 ice cubes to make the Cream using the Vienta Digital Mixer. Use Speed 5-6.
  • Then coat the crepes evenly with Whipped Cream.
  • Roll the crepes slowly with parchment paper to prevent the layers from breaking.
  • Put the crepes in the fridge and wait until set.
  • After it's set, sprinkle 1-3 tsp of coffee powder.

Milk Crepes Tiramisu is ready to be served.
