Milk Crepes

Ingredients
4 Layers Crepes:
- 70gr Flour
- 2 tsp Coffee Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 220ml Fresh Milk
- 50ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 20gr Melted Margarine
Cream:
- 200gr Whipped Cream
- 5-6 Ice Cubes
Instructions
Instruction:
- Put all the crepes ingredients into the Stand Mixer bowl, and use a beater mixer at speed 4 for 5 minutes
- Stir the mixture until it is evenly mixed and has a brown color.
- Heat the Vienta Double Pan with low heat and spread 3-6 butter.
- Then pour the crepe batter evenly and slowly, and make 4 layers.
- Mix 200gr Whipped Cream and 5-6 ice cubes to make the Cream using the Vienta Digital Mixer. Use Speed 5-6.
- Then coat the crepes evenly with Whipped Cream.
- Roll the crepes slowly with parchment paper to prevent the layers from breaking.
- Put the crepes in the fridge and wait until set.
- After it's set, sprinkle 1-3 tsp of coffee powder.
Milk Crepes Tiramisu is ready to be served.
