Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 225 grams butter
- 150 grams margarine
- 30 grams powdered milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 grams powdered sugar, sifted
- 75 grams cornstarch
- 450 grams flour
- 12 grams matcha powder
- 250-300 grams of pineapple jam, rolled out first
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons liquid milk
- 200 grams grated cheese
Instructions
- Mix the margarine, butter, and powdered sugar.
- Using a Vienta Mixer, stir the mixture until it turns pale white.
- Add the egg yolks to the margarine mixture one by one, beating until smooth after each addition.
- Add the cornstarch, flour, matcha powder, and grated cheese. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Place the nastar dough in the fridge and let it chill for about 30 minutes.
- Remove the nastar dough from the fridge and take small portions of the dough. Roll each portion into a ball and fill it with pineapple jam. Shape the dough into round balls with the jam in the center.
- Arrange the nastar on a baking sheet that has been greased with margarine.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the egg wash by whisking together the egg yolks and liquid milk.
- Brush the top of each nastar with the egg wash.
- Bake the nastar in the Smart Oven using the Cookies menu.
- Once the nastar is cooked, let it cool and chill until the hot steam dissipates.
