Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 12 tbsp flour
- 1/2 sachet of instant coconut milk
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 200 ml water
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- Margarine
- Cheese (optional)
- Sweetened condensed milk (optional)

- Mix the flour, instant coconut milk, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and water using a Stand Mixer until smooth. Let the mixture stand for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, add the beaten egg to the mixture and stir again until there are no lumps. Add a pinch of salt and let the mixture stand for 5 minutes.
- Heat the Double Pan over medium heat for 1 minute.
- Pour the martabak mixture into the Double Pan.
- Close the Double Pan and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Check occasionally to see if holes have formed and the martabak is half-cooked.
- Sprinkle granulated sugar on top of the martabak according to your taste. Cover again for 1 minute over low heat.
- Check for doneness by inserting a fork into the martabak. If nothing sticks to the fork, remove the martabak from the pan.
- Briefly cover the martabak for 20 seconds to make it soft. Spread 1 tablespoon of margarine evenly on top.
- Add your desired toppings, such as cheese or chocolate.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk according to your taste.
- Roll the sweet martabak and add a little margarine on top. You can also cut it into smaller pieces if you prefer.
- The sweet martabak is now ready to be served.
