Ingredients

Ingredient:
  • Rice 300 gr
  • Mineral water
  • Lemongrass 2 sticks
  • Bay leaves 5 pcs
  • Sliced shallots
  • Garlic 5 cloves, thinly sliced
  • Cayenne pepper 10 pcs
  • Basil leaves
  • Anchovies terrain 100 grams (fried)
  • Complementary ingredients:

  • Chili shrimp paste

Instructions

Instruction:
  • Heat cooking oil in a Smart cooker low carbo Vienta
  • Select the stir-fry menu and add all the ingredients  (lemongrass, bay leaves, garlic, shallots, and cayenne pepper), and cook until you smell the aroma.
  • Removed and drained the stir-fried ingredients.
