Instructions
- Peel cassava, cut into pieces and wash clean.
- Steam cassava with Smart Pressure Cooker until tender.
- Once cooked, then remove the cassava and place it into the container.
- Crush the cassava, until the texture is a bit rough.
- Add sugar, salt and food colouring, and mix well.
- Place the getuk on a plate, and add a sprinkling of grated coconut.
Getuk ready to be enjoyed.
