Ingredients I:
- 3 egg yolks
- 60 grams of grated cheese
- 50 grams oil
- 50 grams flour
- 140 ml milk
Ingredients II:
- 3 egg whites
- 50 grams sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Instructions
Instruction:
- Beat the egg yolks until smooth.
- Add the oil, liquid milk, and flour to the mixture. Stir until smooth and free of lumps.
- Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar using the Stand Mixer until frothy.
- Gradually add the sugar to the egg-white mixture while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form and the mixture turns white.
- Combine the egg yolk mixture with the beaten egg whites and mix well until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into a 16 cm baking tin and sprinkle grated cheese over the top of the batter.
- Place the baking tin in the preheated Smart Oven and bake using the Bake Menu.
- Once cooked, remove the chiffon cheesecake from the oven and let it cool before serving.
