Chiffon Cheese Cake

Ingredients I:
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 60 grams of grated cheese
  • 50 grams oil
  • 50 grams flour
  • 140 ml milk
Ingredients II:
  • 3 egg whites
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

Instructions

Instruction:

  • Beat the egg yolks until smooth.
  • Add the oil, liquid milk, and flour to the mixture. Stir until smooth and free of lumps.
  • Beat the egg whites and cream of tartar using the Stand Mixer until frothy.
  • Gradually add the sugar to the egg-white mixture while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form and the mixture turns white.
  • Combine the egg yolk mixture with the beaten egg whites and mix well until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the batter into a 16 cm baking tin and sprinkle grated cheese over the top of the batter.
  • Place the baking tin in the preheated Smart Oven and bake using the Bake Menu.
  • Once cooked, remove the chiffon cheesecake from the oven and let it cool before serving.
