Chicken Gyoza

Ingredients
Ingredient:
- Dumpling skin (round shape)
- 100 grams of chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 sachet of ground pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 stalks of green onions
- 1/4 spring onion
- 1/4 carrot sticks
- 1 cup touge
- 1 pack of small glass noodles
Instructions
Instruction:
- Clean the vegetables, cut the carrots into cubes. Slice the leeks and onions. Finely chop the garlic.
- Add the chicken with 1/5 tablespoon of salt, 1/5 sachet of ground pepper, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Blend with a Flexie Food Processor, pour into a container and let stand for ±5 minutes.
- Sauté ground chicken using a Smart Pressure Cooker with the Saute/Fry menu which has been seasoned without oil until cooked.
- Place the carrots, bean sprouts, chopped garlic, spring onions and onions in a bowl. Mix together with minced chicken, vermicelli and 1/5 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 sachet of ground pepper. Stir well. The filling is ready to use.
- Place the gyoza filling in the dumpling skin. Use water to seal the edges of the wonton skins together.
- Steam the gyoza in the Smart Pressure Cooker for 25 – 30 minutes until cooked.
