Ingredients:
  • 4 kepok bananas
  • 350 ml coconut milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 60 gr sugar
  • 30 grams powdered milk
  • 1 pandan leaf

Instructions

Instructions:
  • In a Flexi Food Processor, blend the bananas, coconut milk, salt, sugar, and powdered milk until smooth.
  • Add the eggs to the mixture and blend briefly until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into an aluminium foil container and place pandan leaves on top.
  • Set up the New Smart Cooker Low Carbo for steaming and steam the pudding for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove the pudding from the steamer and let it cool.
  • Once cooled, refrigerate the pudding to chill.
  • Serve the Steamed Banana Pudding chilled.
