Ingredients
- 150 grams of chicken fillet, cut into small pieces
- 350 grams of cooked rice
- Banana leaf
- 3 red chilies, seeds removed, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 3 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 cm turmeric, finely chopped
- 1 lemongrass
- A pinch of salt, powdered broth, and ground pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in the New Smart Cooker Low Carbo,
- Sauté the spices until fragrant and cooked.
- Add the chicken and cook until it changes colour.
- Pour in water and cook until the water reduces.
- Add cooked rice and basil leaves.
- Stir well until everything is well combined.
- Turn off the heat and prepare to wrap the rice.
- Wrap the rice mixture in banana leaves and grill using the Family Grill until cooked.
