LPG Cylinder Refilling Quality
PT. Blue Gas Indonesia is refilling LPG gas cylinders aimed at the gas needs of households and micro and small businesses. To ensure the quality and safety of refill cylinders, PT. Blue Gas Indonesia ensures that the process of refilling gas cylinders is in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards:
- Filling LPG with the latest technology and digital machines to ensure the accuracy of net filling of 5.5 kg LPG.
- Check for leaks, to ensure no LPG leaks from either the tube body or valve.
- Tube washing to ensure the cleanliness of the tube when received by consumers.
- Installing a green seal to ensure the quality of the cylinder's contents, the accuracy of the contents, and the product's originality reaches the end consumer.
- Continuity of PT. Blue Gas Indonesia is guaranteed by consistently implementing the ISO 9001:2015 Management System contained in Blue Gaz's Zero Leak Commitment program.
Reject Tube Annihilation
To maintain the quality of LPG Gas Cylinders, we are always committed to continuing to be able to present products that comply with SNI standards, ISO 9001: 2015, and adapting European Standards.
5.5 Kg LPG cylinders that have undergone an inspection and maintenance process according to standards set by PT. Blue Gas Indonesia and declared not meet quality standards are divided into several categories as follows:
- Corrosion tube.
- Dented & tilted tube (asymmetrical).
- Tube thickness level is not according to standard.
For tubes that do not meet quality standards, we carry out withdrawals and then destroy them in accordance with safety and security standards referring to ISO 9001: 2015.
We committed to doing this so that consumer safety always be fulfilled through the quality of Blue Gas LPG products, as well as avoiding misuse by irresponsible parties.
Cylinder Treatment Quality
PT. Blue Gas Indonesia is committed to carrying out continuous inspection and maintenance of all Blue Gas cylinders that have been used by consumers to ensure the quality, safety, and physical appearance of the cylinders based on ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System standards.
Cylinders that have returned from consumers will go through a quality inspection stage in accordance with the standards before Cylinders go through the treatment process, here are the technical quality standards and visual:
- Visual: The standard appearance of paint on the tube is at least 95%, and only 5% of the area of the cylinders is permitted with the condition of the paint peeling off/rusting so that the quality and visual of cylinders are always maintained.
- Technical: Based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard and adaptation of the European Standard (EN), cylinders that are 5 years old and multiples of them are required to undergo routine technical inspections and tests. Examination includes:
- Tube wall plate thickness, weight, and visual inspection of the tube inner wall.
- The leak test is carried out by carrying out a hydrostatic test with a pressure of up to 31 bar to ensure that there are no leaks in the tube.
- Tubes that meet the standards through inspection and re-testing can be reused, while tubes that do not comply with the standards will go through the destruction process.
Product Manufacturing Quality
With a commitment that we had maintained for more than 30 years, PT. Blue Gas Indonesia is committed to continuing to accompany Indonesian consumers by presenting safe and quality products in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 standards, SNI, and adaptation European Standards (EN), the manufacturing process which includes the stamping press process for product raw materials and the assembling process until they become ready units. distribution, under strict and thorough quality control assurance.

Design and Development Quality
Our commitment to delivering safe and quality products starts from the design and development process. This process is carried out carefully by our competent engineers.
To realize the commitment to safety and quality products, the design and development process for blue gaz and Vienta products refers to both International Standards and National Standards as follows:
- Blue gaz LPG Steel Tube : SNI 1452:2011
- Blue gas valve: ISO 14245:2006 and SNI 7659:2011
- Blue gas regulator: EN 12864:2001
- LPG blue gaz hose: SNI 7213:2014
- Single burner LPG stove direct pressure blue gaz: EN 484:1997
- Blue gaz two-burner LPG stove: SNI 7469:2013
- Blender, Food Processor, and Mixer Vienta: SNI IEC 60335-2-14-2011 and SNI 7856:2013

The stages of the design and development process which include design engineering, testing, analysis, and final validation are carried out in accordance with the stages of the product development process regulated in the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System.
